Launched in 2019, the Edible Plants in Armenian Cuisine festival is a celebration of Armenian culinary traditions and the role of foraged herbs in the local cuisine of the Lori province of Armenia. The festival takes place in the village of Dsegh and involves participants from different rural communities of Lori who treat the festival visitors to traditional dishes prepared with edible plants and herbs growing in the province. The festival program also includes cooking workshops, performances, music and dance shows, and traditional Armenian games.
